Wedding Gown: Filipino Themed Wedding Gown inspired by Leah Salonga gown

I had my dream wedding gown!

This is Leah Salonga's gown when she got married. I saw this on T.V way back 2006 and told my self I want that conservative look gown on my wedding day. I searched on the materials she used and made some improvements. So now here's the leah salonga's look a like gown with marivic salva's touch !
Leah's gown used the dutchess cloth for skirt and french alchelon lace - an off white color.
I used the dutchess cloth also on a pure white color with a french lace also but not alchelon (it's very hard to find and you've got to buy in bulk).
I added embroidery to the 1st piece of skirt (you see there's two layer- which makes the labor more expensive)
I had the cathedral fine tool veil 8 meters long (i loved it!)
Accessories? just like leah salonga i wore a simple a pair earings.. no necklace.. no watch... and others.
However to complete the filipino theme we accessorize it with filipino hats.

While Christian is wearing the newest style in Barong Tagalog it is embroidered with "pintado" native design in mindanao which is used to be a tattoo".
